If you cannot look in a mirror and love yourself without changing anything, someone has imprisoned your soul.

The battle ground for freedom in this new millenium is in the mind and freedom is keeping the mind free of psychological and media manipulation. If you look in the mirror and feel bad about who is looking back, or you feel bad about people of different races, genders, classes or sexual orientations, and you don't know why, it is because you have been socialized to do so without any choice.

If you can only feel better about yourself by being better than someone else, having more than someone else--or looking better then someone else, and the only way you accept that you have certain skills is by being recognized by some expert, it is because you have been socialized to do so. You have been forced to take part in a system that you had no part in building, only maintaining. In several areas you can reclaim your right to define what is good, bad and of worth for you and your community. I have dedicated a great deal of my life to researching and writing books that will help you do so, if that is what you really want. You can reclaim your life in every area. You can reclaim your right to do your life work instead of a job, reclaim spirituality and your right to define the truth, ask the hard questions about religion and politics and dare to think of the answers yourself.
